eZicom is the easy platform providing multiple services on com technology developed by ronyman.com. All payment make to Rony Man’s Paypal account, bank account or other payment gateway under ronyman.com. In this term of services we may use service under eZicom.
eZicom provides online website building and web hosting services to clients worldwide. Our responsibility is to protect each client and to provide the best services available.
You should look at the terms regularly. We’ll post notice of modifications to these terms on this page. Each visitor must read and agree to our terms of services. If you do not agree with it, please, leave eZicom website and discontinue use of any services offered immediately.
All clients who use our services are subject to the following terms of service:
eZicom customers and services:
eZicom provides services to individuals and companies who are legally allowed to make contracts. We offer two types of services:
• Website Builder for Regular Customers — allows registered customers to create and update their websites. Each visitor is allowed to test the website builder prior to purchasing the plan. More expensive plans offer additional website building features (like E-commerce) that may or may not be useful for the client.
• Website Builder for Hosting Providers — allows registered hosting providers to use the website builder services for their own clients. All builder plans include features where hosting providers can customise the website builder look by adding their own company logo, custom builder domain name and more. We reserve the right if necessary to decide, change or/and update the builder‘s plans and features for Regular customers and Hosting providers on our own behalf.
Refund Policy, Billing and Cancellations eZicom allows each visitor to test website builder prior to registration/purchase and does not provide any refund for Regular Customers and Hosting Providers. As a customer of eZicom you agree to submit or supply payment for the rendered services in advance, on the billing date set by eZicom. By default, these services will be billed on a recurring basis. To cancel the billing subscription, you must log in to your account on eZicom or bank account and cancel the ordered service prior to the billing date. Failed to do so, you will be charged for the ordered service.
Users may cancel their account at any time. Users wishing to cancel the account have to contact eZicom by email firstname.lastname@example.org or log in and create a ticket on the Helpdesk panel with a cancellation request. Such cancellation requests will be revised by eZicom staff members and then a final confirmation to cancel the account will be sent. Account cancellation will be processed only when the final confirmation from the user will be sent (initial cancellation request will not be held as a final confirmation under any circumstance for security reasons). After the account is canceled, no further billing on the account will be made. All files, settings and any other information related to the subscriber account will be removed from eZicom servers. If a confirmation to cancel the account is not sent by the user, then the account cancellation will not be processed and the account will remain active. Any active subscriptions will be left intact. For Affiliates
Affiliate gets 20% sales refund for each sale his client makes.
eZicom does not refund the sales percentage if:
• The email of a customer and affiliate is the same; • IP address of a customer and affiliate is the same; • Affiliate did not enter available Target website URL; • If affiliate and their client are the same company or person; • If affiliate has only one customer.
eZicom uses different payment methods to collect payments. Clients may submit payment with a valid credit or debit card or by using the balance of accepted payment provider account. The Client may either use the funds on the credit/debit card attached to payment system account or the balance on his payment system account to submit the payment for the services provided by eZicom. Please, keep in mind that prior to submitting payment, the funds on your account can be converted to other currency.
Fraudulent Payment Policy
If a payment on a client account is marked as fraudulent (such payments are reversed on the payment gateway), then eZicom reserves the full right to stop any service provided to the client (including other accounts and other payments submitted by the same client) until the issues with the payment are solved. If the client refuses to solve issues with the payment which is marked as fraudulent, eZicom reserves the full right to delete all accounts and stop payment subscriptions provided to the client without any refund for security reasons. Late Payment Policy
All accounts are billed according to the dates they were first activated on. Paid plans of Regular users which are not renewed after the renewal date will be automatically changed to expired plans with the limited builder version. Websites created with eZicom builder and hosting will be temporarily unavailable until the payment is received. For hosting providers who have not renewed the builder license after the renewal date, the builder will be automatically disabled for their end customers. End customers' websites created with the builder will be temporarily unavailable. Clients will be allowed to use the builder as soon as a new payment is received. The websites will start working within 24 hours after the plan is extended. Account Access Policy
When a client registers any type of account user (Auto Hosting on eZicom server) with eZicom, the client will be held liable for the client identification information that is provided: a)Name and Surname of the Client b)Client Address c)Company details d)e-mail address. eZicom will assume all of this information is provided correctly and may use this information to contact the client if such need arises. Some of the information on the account will be generated automatically (username, password, payment IDs, etc.). The client may access the account at any time if he has access to the initial email account that he used to register the account on eZicom. If the client claims that he has no access to the respective e-mail account and that he has no way to recover the password set on the account, he will need to provide us with the last payment date and payment ID's on which the payments were made, as well as full client's name (name and surname), and full client's address set on the respective account. Client acknowledges and accepts this procedure and access policy and agrees not to bring any claim of a lawsuit against eZicom Hosting and Website Builder arising out of this said policy and procedure. eZicom will not be held liable for any damage or liability that may have arisen out of the following policy and procedure. In the event when there is more than one person claiming rights to the same account, eZicom is not obligated to provide access to any of the parties, as information shared provides each party with access to the respectable account following the eZicom policy and procedures. Moreover, eZicom is not obligated to solve any kind of similar disputes and may solely decide who to provide the access with. It has been done according to internal information and historical data that may have been collected about the user, based on the usage of the respective account. Usage Policy
Do not use eZicom services for initiation or reception of unreasonably high service flow which does not correspond to an average of regular maximum use of services for your personal needs. eZicom offers a limited amount of resources for specific websites stored within eZicom hosting servers (disk drive space, bandwidth, domains per account, and others). This means that eZicom will set a specific cap for these resources and the client will be able to use these resources based on the service plan they have chosen. eZicom reserves a right to change service plan limits and prices for this plan when needed. The customer gets the rights to use the product and provide it to their customers. It is illegal to re-distribute or modify any product source code.
Templates are intend to use for website design only. It is forbidden to use these template with other products (not affiliated with eZicom). Images are free to use in templates in eZicom. It is forbidden to re-distribute, resell or license the images, incorporated in the templates, separately. If a client provides/leaves inappropriate review/feedback about the product, eZicom team has a right not provide support to a client.
It is highly forbidden to publish on websites information which contains: Child Pornography, Prohibited Offerings, Violations of Intellectual Property Rights, Online Pharmacies, the Illegal Purchase, Storage, Sale of Weapons and Drugs, Online Gambling, Casino, etc. The minimum term of license validity is one month.
We provide you with access to use eZicom support to your compliance with the terms:
• By submitting a ticket to eZicom support system, you agree to all of the rules stated in this Terms of Service page;
• eZicom support responds to questions or issues regarding the products’ functionality, technical issues or critical bugs in the software. Feature requests and bugs which do not have an impact on the quality are welcomed and could be added to our future plans to improve the product. You should expect a response within 1 working day;
• eZicom reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user who abuses eZicom support ticket system or email, social chats, or telephone services or support agents;
eZicom does not automatically generate backups for websites created and stored within eZicom. eZicom allows clients to create backups manually. The backup feature is accessed through each website builder. To protect information that was created with the website builder, the client must create backups regularly on his own behalf. eZicom takes no responsibility for any loss of information that is stored within eZicom.
Acceptable Use Policy
All services provided by eZicom may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage, or presentation of any information, data or material in violation of any International, European Union, United States Federal, State or City law is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to copyrighted material, material we judge to be threatening or obscene, or material protected by trade secrets and other statutes. The customer/visitor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless eZicom and its employees from any claims resulting from the use of the service, which may damage or damage the eZicom or any other party. Our acceptable use policy is actively and strictly enforced. Offending content or users are suspended from our network, usually as soon as they are discovered, although we will always inform you when and why any action has been taken. If you think your site may violate our Terms of Service, please ask us before signing up for an account so that we may determine if you can create a website using eZicom website builder. eZicom reserves the right to determine what is and what is not acceptable for our services. Customer/visitor acknowledges that the service provided is of such a nature that service can be interrupted for many reasons other than the negligence of the company and that damages resulting from any interruption of service are difficult to ascertain. Therefore, the customer/visitor agrees that the company shall not be liable for any damages arising from such causes beyond the direct and exclusive control of the company. Customer further acknowledges that the company's liability for its own negligence may not, in any event, exceed an amount equivalent to charges payable by customer/visitor for services during the period damages occurred. In no event shall the company be liable for any special or consequential damages, loss or injury.
Illegality in any form, including but not limited to the unauthorized distribution or copying of copyrighted software or other data, harassment, fraud, trafficking in obscene material. Undesirable Content Certain types of content are not allowed on our network. We do not host adult content of any description. The content relating to Hacking, Cracking, Warez, and IRC is not allowed. Software, audio and video downloads may only be hosted if you are the writer and copyright owner of the resources or you have a right to distribute the materials. Accounts suspended due to content or AUP violation are not refunded under any circumstances.
Any kind of abusive content found on websites hosted within eZicom server should be reported to email@example.com. eZicom will handle any abuse report with the highest priority and interest. eZicom will not be held liable for any damage or loss that may have arisen from content uploaded and used on the customer‘s website hosted within eZicom server. Client, who is the account owner, takes full responsibility for the whole account content and all actions that are performed on the respective account. He/She also takes full responsibility for all the damages or losses that may arise from his/her account content or actions performed by scripts on his/her account. Server Abuse: any attempts to undermine or cause harm to a server are strictly prohibited. Commercial Advertising and Spam E-mails Our servers may not be the source, intermediary, or destination address involved in the transmission of spam, flames, or mail bombs. Your domain may not be referenced as originator, intermediary, or reply-to address in any of the above. SPAM /illegal content advertising sites on other servers which in turn contain links to a domain on our servers is prohibited. We consider spamming any mass unsolicited message in the mediums of Newsgroups and Email. If you are found to have spammed, then we will immediately, without warning, disable your domain. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service to known spammers. Lastly, we reserve the right to determine what violates this policy. As such, any violation will result in the immediate deactivation of services without refund.

Limitation of Liability eZicom shall not be responsible for any claimed damages, including: • incidental and consequential damages which may arise from eZicom services going off-line or being unavailable for any reason whatsoever; • for any system downtime, crashes, or data loss that may happen on the servers. Also, eZicom will not be held liable for any predicted estimate of profits in which a client would have gained if their site were functioning; • incidental or consequential damages, resulting from the corruption or deletion of any web site from eZicom servers; • eZicom reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user who abuses eZicom support ticket system or email, social chats, or telephone services or support agents; • other commercial damage, including but not limited to special, incidental, consequential or other damages.You agree to use all services and facilities at your own risk, specifically disclaims all warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Customer agrees that he/she shall defend, indemnify, save and hold eZicom harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs, and claims, including reasonable attorney’s fees, asserted against eZicom, its agents, its customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed, or agreed to be performed, or any product sold by customer, its agents, employees or assigns. eZicom reserves the right to intervene with any of the sites hosted on its eZicom servers in the interest of its customers. Any material supplied by customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third-party Copyright infringement any defective products sold to customers from eZicom’s server. eZicom shall be the sole judge of what violates this Policy.
Customer acknowledges that the company's liability may not, in any event, exceed an amount equivalent to charges payable by customer/visitor for services during the period damages occurred. In no event shall the company be liable for any special or consequential damages, loss, or injury.Domains
In rare cases, the purchase of a new domain name might take up to 5 working days to proceed (due to unexpected delay from the payment system). In case of buying a domain name, and not receiving the service—client is responsible for contacting our Support. If the client decides to buy the same domain name from another supplier without contacting us first—payment for the purchase is not refundable.
Domains up to 240 TDL available to order in eZicom with purchase of a new 12, 24 or 36-month plan. If you purchase a domain name for a term longer than 1 year, you will be charged for the additional registration term at the regular renewal rate for more information please seen on the domain prices page here. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion including but not limited to any offers, special sales, discounts etc.
Hosting plan and price already detail in the hosting Plan and reseller hosting for each package come with additional features as descript. All plan are available to downgrade or upgrade.
